You pay by the number of documents that BelegDock validates successfully. Every feature is included in every plan; no plan unlocks or blocks features.

All prices are plus statutory VAT. Billing is monthly through Stripe.

What counts as a document

• Every invoice and every corrective invoice (credit note) that the official KoSIT validator accepts for the first time counts exactly once.
• Technical retries, resending and downloads do not count again.
• A validated document counts even if the email delivery fails afterwards, for example because the customer's mailbox does not exist. The validation has already been done at that point.
• Documents that BelegDock stops because details are missing or a case is not supported do not count.
• Test documents from Stripe test mode and from bd_test_ API keys are free and are never sent by email.

More documents than included

If you need more documents in a month than your plan includes, BelegDock keeps processing them at your plan's unit price, but only if you have agreed to usage-based billing. Without that agreement, BelegDock pauses processing as soon as your allowance is used up and shows the affected documents in the dashboard. After changing your plan, you can process them again.

The extra usage appears as a separate line item on your next monthly Stripe invoice, never on an additional invoice in the middle of the month. Amounts below €0.50 (Stripe's minimum charge) carry over to the next invoice.

The unit price is fixed when a document is counted. If you change your plan later, the new price applies only to the documents that follow.

Your own sender domain

For €5 a month, BelegDock sends from your own domain, for example invoices@yourcompany.com. You add the DNS records shown (SPF and DKIM), BelegDock checks them, and from then on your invoice emails go out from your address. You do not need your own account with the email service Resend for this.

Alternatively, you connect your own Resend access (bring your own key). Resend then bills you directly for sending. In both cases, your plan's included volume and unit price do not change.

Without the add-on, BelegDock sends through its own verified sending domain. You still choose the sender name, reply-to address, logo, color and texts yourself.

Changing or canceling your plan

• You change or cancel your plan yourself in the Stripe customer portal, which you reach under Plan & billing in BelegDock.
• An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. A downgrade also takes effect immediately; the unused part is credited to your customer balance at Stripe and offset against your next invoice.
• A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then, your workspace keeps working normally. Outstanding extra usage is billed on a final invoice.
• Your validated documents and validation reports remain available in the workspace after you cancel.

Several companies

Each workspace stands for one company with its own Stripe account and has its own subscription with its own included volume. With one login you can create as many workspaces as you like, for example as a tax advisor or agency working for several clients.
